About Us:
What started as cooking for family quickly became a hobby that got out of control. Friends and family began asking that we cook for them and then they offered to pay if we would cook. We were asked to to a tent pop up event in December 2022 and that quickly grew into a brand new food trailer in September 2023.
We limit the number of events we do to a couple per month since we both still work full time and like to spend time with kids and grandkids when we have an open weekend.

From stevens point Wisconsin and travel to Texas during the winter months to serve BBQ. Won 5 best BBQ awards in central Wisconsin. Started as a restaurant and turned it into a food truck franchise now owning 8 across the country and growing.
