DonutNV, pronounced "doughnut envy", is a mobile food business that started as Cinnamini Donuts in Philadelphia in 2014. The founders, Alex and Amanda Gingold, wanted to create a brand that would bring joy through delicious treats. The first location opened in May 2014, and customers lined up to watch the donuts being made and taste them. After market research, the brand changed its name to DonutNV in 2018, offering more flavors and fresh lemonade. DonutNV now serves mini donuts, refreshing drinks, and shows.

DonutNV of Frisco/Plano brings the party to our guests on birthdays, weddings, graduations, corporate events, HOA events, school events, fundraisers, and many other special occasions with our interactive mobile food trailer! We make hot, fresh mini donuts with several fun toppings while our guests watch from the interactive Donut Watch Window, and we pair them with delicious, fresh squeezed lemonades, our signature NVous iced coffee, hot cocoa and coffee. Wow, this dream started, almost 19 years ago. I was coaching tee-ball in McKinney, TX. During our games an Ice cream truck would drive by the games in the neighborhood, playing that crazy song. Man, the kids on both teams would lose their minds. After the second or third game, I told my wife, I want to own one of those trucks. Fast forward, I stumbled upon Shaved Ice and fell in love with it. We found out it wasn't only the youth that love Shaved ice but the big kids also (the dads especially). Therefore, we started a family-based business that is Certified by the stat as Veteran owned. We take pride in our product for taste, presentation and just simply joy..
