We are a 2 Family Owen business. We have been in business for 7 years. We serve a 100% Mexican authentic food everything is made fresh and by us. This stared with Efren (owner) having a dream of becoming his own boss, he is successful thanks to the support of his wife and kids and now support from the second family. His cooking began with his mother where he learned to cook. He has also worked in many different types of cuisine and has learned a lot of witch he has integrated into what now make Tacos Gutierrez food truck. We have been in business for 7 years and have been thieving. we have been to may fairs, schools, and other events around Orange County, LA county and San Bernardino County. we also thank all of our customers and all the follower in our social media.

We have a menu of six items. we have tacos; warm tortillas, with the meat of your choice topped with fresh onions and cilantro. Burritos; with a warmed flour tortilla, rice, beans your choice of meat, onions and cilantro. Quesabirria; a regular size tortilla topped with cheese, beef birria, onions and cilantro. Tortas; a warmed torta bread with the meat of your choice mayo, beans, lettuce, tomato, avocado spread, and melted mozzarella cheese. Quesadilla; a warmed flower tortilla topped with melty mozzarella cheese, meat of your choice, onion and cilantro. Huarache; a flat tortilla topped with beans, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, and a sprinkle of cheese. Signature Dish:  we have both quesabirria and pastor tacos.
