About Us
I opened up my food truck because of my deep passion for cooking and a love for exploring different cuisines. I believe that if there’s flavor, there’s a happy customer. Even the simplest dishes, in my mind, can be transformed into gourmet experiences. My food truck gives me the opportunity to bring those bold, delicious flavors to the streets and share them with others, one dish at a time.

NYC flavors in the blue ridge mountains. From the famous Chopped Cheese you get in a New York City Bodega on the go, to Classic ny hot dogs, smash burgers and loaded potatoes. We got something for everyone for an all American taste.
