Demand for their crave-able hot fried chicken exceeded all expectations and sales have grown every month since opening with consistently great quality food and awesome experience. I decided to start a restaurant business because of my passion for cooking and the joy of bringing people together through food. I wanted to create a space where guests could enjoy unique flavors and experiences, while also fostering a community atmosphere. Additionally, the opportunity to express my creativity and build a brand around something I love was incredibly motivating.

JC was inspired by traditional food from the Tang Dynasty, he chose to continue developing delicious Chinese traditional food. The traditional Asian Burger only had pork, and JC added more meat and veggie choices for everyone across the world to enjoy.

My name is Sunshine. On November 17, 2023, we opened a brick and mortar restaurant at 100 N. Mc Graw in Forney, TX in addition to the food trailer. My deceased grandmother called me Sunshine I started this business as a way to keep a legacy of good food going after my grandmother passed away in 2019. She loved to cook and taught me everything I know. She would say, "Good food is the universal love language that can bring people from all over together if it's cooked with love". So far she's been right. I use family receipes from the sauces my dad and brother created to the various receipes passed down from both my deceased grandmother's (Madea and Betty Baby)

When me and my husband first met, he prepared some jambalaya for me. I said this is the best jambalaya I ever had. I suggested he sell this to others to let them experience this delicious food. After a few weeks we went to one of our church services and received confirmation that this is the direction we should go in. So that’s when Down South Turkey Wings was started. We started our business under a red tent , on side of the road with $400. After about four months of being in the heat, the cold, and the dark along with a lot of long, sleepless, nights we were able to purchase our first food truck together. It was such a blessing seeing what we had accomplished with remaining humble, being dedicated and consistent. As of today we’ve just purchased our second food truck. It’s been such a blessing. The road has not been easy but, we thank God for every moment. God is so good !!

I started the food truck business in Dallas, TX, about 7 years ago. I wanted to give the community a little taste of Louisiana because I was missing the flavors that I was use to back home. I started getting more exposure, I've competed in tasting Championships, which we have won several 1st prizes for the Best tasting Gumbo.

Wil's Grill was started on the streets of Flagstaff in January of 2014 by John Christ and Karl Shilhanek. After noticing the potential for a mobile food business in Flagstaff, they decided to open a stand that would provide customers with a quality and versatile food selection prepared with care, and served with enthusiasm. After spending three months on the street corner, John and Karl took the grills around Northern Arizona, cooking everywhere from a music festival on a ranch in Flagstaff, to Frontier Days Rodeo in Prescott. As the two best friends honed their culinary skills, they realized the need in Northern Arizona for a catering service unlike the others. In June of 2015, Karl embarked on a new journey closer to his home town of Bellingham, WA. Karl will always be remembered as one of the original "grillbillies."
