Our Food
The Chef was born and raised in Austria, studied as a cook waiter apprentice in the exclusive Hotel Sacher in Vienna before coming to the US. He cooks the food the way his grandmother made the meals when he was growing up, which means in the traditional German style the food is hearty and plenty of it.
