I've always had a passion for cooking, inspired by family gatherings filled with laughter and delicious meals. After years in the corporate world, I craved something more fulfilling. I decided to combine my love for food with my desire to connect with people, leading me to start a food trailer business. This venture allows me to share my culinary creations, meet diverse people, and create a sense of community through food. It's been an incredibly rewarding journey, and I'm excited to see where it takes me next.
