About Us
Off the Hog is a smoked meat & BBQ concessions truck owned by Leslie Morris. Leslie has owned multiple restaurants including 19 years of the locally famous Jason’s Pizza in Fuquay Varina (1989 to 2005). With 33 years of food industry knowledge, Leslie is now looking forward to a successful career in the Food Truck segment. Off the Hogg has operated for 3 years receives great reviews and repeat multiple invites to local festivals, breweries and businesses.
Our Food
Off the hog serves good old-fashioned traditionally smoked meats. We smoke using a variety of hardwood and coals. We bring the finest choice meats from the farm to you and your customers.
