About Us:
The idea of having a food truck started 27 years ago when I was going to graduate school at ESF (SUNY) here in Syracuse. I used to own and run Ali baba food truck next to Carrier Dome and go to school full time. After that, I had 2 restaurants in Syracuse and Liverpool. Now I am retired and started to love the old good days, started to think of something special in the food industry in Syracuse NY.
I believe that spicy authentic food is a big factor to connect people on and with the diversity of our menu serving spicy delicious food for two great cultures (Middle Eastern and Mexican), I want to expose the hospitality and traditions of those cultures.

We make a philly cheese steak we season the steak to perfection with your choice of peppers and onions we put garlic butter on the bun with choices of cheese and different toppings!!! Our goal is to serve the public and them be 100 percent satisfied.
