About Us:
The idea of having a food truck started 27 years ago when I was going to graduate school at ESF (SUNY) here in Syracuse. I used to own and run Ali baba food truck next to Carrier Dome and go to school full time. After that, I had 2 restaurants in Syracuse and Liverpool. Now I am retired and started to love the old good days, started to think of something special in the food industry in Syracuse NY.
I believe that spicy authentic food is a big factor to connect people on and with the diversity of our menu serving spicy delicious food for two great cultures (Middle Eastern and Mexican), I want to expose the hospitality and traditions of those cultures.

We strive to make as much from scratch as possible, using fresh ingredients, locally sourced when possible, no fillers or preservatives, and always made with love.
We make our very own stocks and broths (beef bones, chicken bones, and vegetable). We make the chicken marinade, tzatziki, tahini, hummus, vinaigrette, pickled peppers, hot sauce, seasoning, sauerkraut, soups, chili, all desserts & treats (with gluten free and/or dairy free specials), and more added regularly.
