The idea of having a food truck started 27 years ago when I was going to graduate school at ESF (SUNY) here in Syracuse. I used to own and run Ali baba food truck next to Carrier Dome and go to school full time. After that, I had 2 restaurants in Syracuse and Liverpool. Now I am retired and started to love the old good days, started to think of something special in the food industry in Syracuse NY.
I believe that spicy authentic food is a big factor to connect people on and with the diversity of our menu serving spicy delicious food for two great cultures (Middle Eastern and Mexican), I want to expose the hospitality and traditions of those cultures.

We strive to make as much from scratch as possible, using fresh ingredients, locally sourced when possible, no fillers or preservatives, and always made with love.
We make our very own stocks and broths (beef bones, chicken bones, and vegetable). We make the chicken marinade, tzatziki, tahini, hummus, vinaigrette, pickled peppers, hot sauce, seasoning, sauerkraut, soups, chili, all desserts & treats (with gluten free and/or dairy free specials), and more added regularly.

I have a passion for cooking and adventure. I'm coming out of retirement to stay active, meet new people, and discover new venues to provide exciting food experiences for people. I have been involved in the food service industry since I was a teenager. I have cooked, I have managed, I have owned. and I have taught culinary arts.
Cackle & Oink Grill Rotisserie is a mobile open air trailer designed for live cooking at private, corporate, and community sanctioned events. All cooking equipment is anchored such that it is easily removable and deployed at ground level where needed. It's all on wheels - We can bring it right down to the beach if you want.
Limited equipment is utilized to provide service of off the side entrees directly to customers upon ordering their selection at certain venues such as small breweries, distilleries and wineries, and marinas or smaller community events.
I offer full catering capabilities- from simple drop off, drop & buffet set, to fully attended buffet service. Waiter service and or butler pass is also available for that more exclusive event.
