Family owned and franchised food truck. Roasted and Toasted began serving customers 8 years ago in Moore County. We have now moved into the RDU area and are very excited to branch out and be able to serve more of North Carolina. We specialize in Gourmet organic coffee and espresso drinks, Belgian liege waffles, smoothies, made to order breakfast bagel sandwiches and lunch paninis. Our menu is fun, original and unlike anything you have ever had. We are perfect for your morning or brunch events and we hope to be able to serve you!

Off the Hog is a smoked meat & BBQ concessions truck owned by Leslie Morris. Leslie has owned multiple restaurants including 19 years of the locally famous Jason’s Pizza in Fuquay Varina (1989 to 2005). With 33 years of food industry knowledge, Leslie is now looking forward to a successful career in the Food Truck segment.
