A little info about PoppyCox and what we bring to the area. Since being established in 2022, we have grown from just a DoorDash only vendor to a busy pop-up food vendor. With continued success, our inspiration is to keep expanding in Charlotte Metro and surrounding areas to share our Nashville Hot Chicken experience.
We really love this city and plan to keep being involved with the local community. The whole team truly feels that our chicken sandwich is unlike anything you can get in Charlotte.
PoppyCox loves to serve up good food that will bring smiles to many faces and sometime a few tears too.

The legend of Lazy Franks began on a small family farm in 1906, during difficult times for America. A family of 12 was struggling to make ends meet and feed everyone, but they had an idea that just might save them – hot dogs! They devoted all they had to grow the tastiest hot dogs imaginable. It was hard work, but the farm grew into a thriving business.
Of course, the whole story is made-up, but the truth remains that Lazy Franks was founded on a love of hot dogs and gastro fanaticism, with a desire to explore all the food possibilities the world has to offer.

With 33 years of food industry knowledge, Leslie is now looking forward to a successful career in the Food Truck segment. Off the Hogg has operated for 3 years receives great reviews and repeat multiple invites to local festivals, breweries and businesses.
