When I moved here I struggled to find the familiar flavors I had grown up with especially the ingredients I used to enjoy. Cackle & Oink Grill Rotisserie is a mobile open air trailer designed for live cooking at private, corporate, and community sanctioned events. All cooking equipment is anchored such that it is easily removable and deployed at ground level where needed. It's all on wheels - We can bring it right down to the beach if you want.

Limited equipment is utilized to provide service of off the side entrees directly to customers upon ordering their selection at certain venues such as small breweries, distilleries and wineries, and marinas or smaller community events.

I offer full catering capabilities- from simple drop off, drop & buffet set, to fully attended buffet service. Waiter service and or butler pass is also available for that more exclusive event.
