I started my business over five years ago with an ice shaver and a tent as a part time job, I worked my way up two years ago to purchase a trailer and my business took off more than I could of imagined. This is now my full time career and I love every minute of it.

Since I was a child I have been fascinated with cooking. I can remember when I was in the kitchen with my grandmother, as she prepared dinner for the evening. I remember watching for hours with excitement. After a while, I began to prepare small things that I was allowed to cook, according to my mom. One day I was feeling very courageous, and decided I would surprise my mother with dinner. After getting out of school I tried my hand with baked Chicken, potatoes, and a salad. To my mother’s surprise it was delicious according to her. That was the feeling of a lifetime. I enjoyed that she was pleased and seemed to enjoy every bite. This was my real beginning, loving the art of cooking.
I had the desire to rent a space, but I never found a space in my budget at the time. One day my father surprised me with a
food truck, and a new chapter began. I began researching the business, and to my amazement, it was more than just opening my doors. I understood that it would take hard work and diligence. I hoped to give it my best, as I began to prepare it for a great successful business.
I believe in excellence, and now make it my responsibility to serve and advertise, hot and delicious food to every customer. Seeing people enjoy my food is my delight. When my customers stand at the serving door I make sure my truck is clean and inviting. Keeping it presentable is a joy to me because I am not a stranger to hard work.
