Mamma D was raised on the east coast. Learned from Pat and Gino's. Has always loved being in the kitchen and wanted to bring a taste of Philly to the west coast. She had a dream and ran with it. And our community is loving it.

A taste of Philly on the west coast. Mamma Ds offers the original Philly, 'Bougie Basic' served with prime rib, provolone cheese, onions and peppers on the original Amoroso Roll with a side. We also offer fun phillys including chicken, vegetarian options, mushrooms, onions, peppers, bacon, avocado, jalapeños, au jus dip, as well as specialty sauces only available from Mamma Ds.
