What motivates our actions? In my region, there is an abundance of Snow-Cones, Snowballs, Shaved Ice, and Slushies available everywhere; however, none compare to the Italian Ice provided by LJ's. Consequently, I made the decision to introduce this delightful treat to the community. The excitement on the faces of children and parents is akin to that of a Christmas tree illuminated with joy when I inform them that it is Dairy Free, Egg Free, Cholesterol Free, contains No High Fructose Corn Syrup, and is Fat Free. And let me emphasize, it is exceptionally delicious!
