About Us
It all started with a passion for ice cream. I’ve always loved the creativity and joy that comes with making and enjoying this sweet treat. But what really pushed me to start my own ice cream business was a combination of nostalgia and the desire to bring something special to the community.
As a kid, ice cream was a symbol of celebration. Whether it was a birthday, a sunny day, or just a family gathering, there was always something magical about sharing an ice cream cone with loved ones. I wanted to capture that magic and create a space where people could come together, enjoy a scoop, and make new memories. The idea of blending unique flavors, creating over-the-top memorable milkshakes and amazing banana split sundaes. I didn’t just want to sell ice cream; I wanted to offer an experience—something that reminded people of the joy in simple pleasures.
Then came the idea of expanding with a food trailer. After running the brick-and-mortar shop for a few years, I started thinking about how I could reach more people. I noticed that events like food festivals, farmers’ markets, and local fairs were thriving, but there wasn’t always a great selection of high-quality ice cream on hand. I saw an opportunity to take my ice cream on the road, to bring those same smiles and flavors to different corners of the community.
The food trailer idea was a perfect fit. It gave me the flexibility to move around, introduce my ice cream to new audiences, and cater to events where people were already in a fun, festive mood. Plus, there’s something about the charm of a well-designed ice cream trailer—it’s like a little mobile celebration!
Now, with both the shop and the trailer, I feel like I’m creating two different but complementary experiences. The shop is where I can experiment with new flavors, host tasting events, and really connect with regulars. The trailer, on the other hand, is a more spontaneous, on-the-go way to share the joy of ice cream with anyone who’s ready for a sweet treat.
