I shared a few of my creations with friends, and their reactions were overwhelming. They loved what I cooked, and some even encouraged me to consider turning my passion into something more. That’s when the seed was planted. It has always been a language of connection, a bridge between cultures, and an expression of love. A food truck would allow me to showcase my cooking skills, offer people something different from the usual restaurant fare, and build a community around food that felt personal, exciting, and unique. The freedom that comes with having a food truck also excites me. I love the idea of being able to travel, participate in festivals, and pop up in unexpected places. Ultimately, starting a food truck is about pursuing something I am passionate about—sharing my love of food with others. I’ve always believed that food has the power to brighten people’s days, and through this food truck, I want to make sure everyone who visits leaves with a full belly and a smile on their face. It's not just a business to me; it’s a way of living, a way of creating and connecting with people in the most authentic way I know—through the universal language of food.
