OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE A GREAT CULINARY EXPERIENCE AND TO EXCEED THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE PEOPLE WHO TRY OUR FOOD!
My partner has been a chef for many years, working for some high profile restaurants and he wanted to do something for himself. I have always been a "Foodie", I love delicious food, but not just delicious food, delicious new foods. There's nothing better than eating something, I have never tried before and being surprised by how good it tastes, there's an experience there. We like to create and to be different than other culinary experiences you have had with just a twist here and a tweek there, we turn soups into tacos, sandwiches into egg rolls, smoked salmon BLT'S and much more. Our imaginations are the limits.

We feature a floating menu, that changes regularly. Our chef, brings new menus to every event. Our menus, in the past, have featured Quesa Pozole Tacos, Quesadilla Nachos, Cold Smoked Salmon BLT'S, Loaded Garlic Parmesan Potatoes Balls, Philly Rolls( Philly Cheessteak in a fried wonton wrap, with house made Cheese Sauce), Smash Burgers, Chicken Wings, Soups, and more, our chef is limited only by his imagination. Signature Dish:  Every dish is a signature dish, that's our mission.
