I decided to open up Fit Smoothie because during my time playing college football at UCF and then playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars, I found myself to be making either a smoothie or a protein shake twice a day. I think I just perfected the recipe that I became addicted to them and being an athlete it was a great snack or meal replacement that wasn’t full of sugar and I didn’t have any guilt for afterwards, haha.

No more bags and watered down dipping sauces, instead lets dip them fresh from the boil into a homemade Cajun garlic butter and top it with a blend of MORE Cajun seasoning.
