We are the only trailer that cooks on The Big Green Eggs in Florida. We started our business based on my husband and his desire to own a restaurant but we found out that owning a food concession trailer would be a way we could see the United Stated and have fun cooking as well. Our name 5 Piggies derived from our 5 Grand children that we have. We have won trophies for Best Pork, Our award winning burger and peoples choice award.

Dave had pizzerias in Indiana that were voted the Best Pizza in Indiana, Milo’s Pizza. After moving to Florida three years ago, Dave and his Business Partner Robin became Realtors. However, Dave didn’t get the pizza sauce out of his veins. Dave and Robin bought a pizza truck and named it Milo’s Pizza just like his pizzerias in Indiana. By the way, he named his pizzerias after a disabled dog that he rescued. Dave bought Milo a wheelchair and Milo went everywhere with him.
Milo’s Pizza has very unique and delicious cheese over pizza. The Bosco sticks with cheese sauce Milo’s Pizza will be serving are to die for.

I grew up in a large family and my mom is an inspiration to me. She is a great cook and has taught me and my sisters how to cook. One of the foods that bring me back to my childhood is pastel, which is one of the most well-loved street foods in Brazil. Pastel is a deep-fried pastry known for its various fillings ranging from savory to sweet. Having a food truck has always being a dream of mine and I hope I can now share this delicious treat with the Sarasota and surrounding community.
