My partner has been a chef for many years, working for some high profile restaurants and he wanted to do something for himself. I have always been a foodie, and have always enjoyed cooking new things. I would cook at home, for family functions and cooking competitions amongst friends, neighbors and coworkers (of which I would regularly win). We like to create new foods out of already existing dishs, with just a twist here and a tweek there, we turn soups into tacos, sandwiches into egg rolls, grilled cheese into Fried Lobster Mac and Cheese Balls (paired with a tomatoes basil soup). Our imaginations are the limits.
