About Us
As the former head chef of Dragonfly Sushi and Sake, I decided to chase my dream of owning and operating my own food truck business. Since starting January 2022, I have enjoyed creating new specials and having repeat customers come for their favorite menu items.

We take classic staples and put a unique twist to them. Also offer catering outside of our menu to meet any specifications.
