This stared with Efren (owner) having a dream of becoming his own boss, he is successful thanks to the support of his wife and kids and now support from the second family. His cooking began with his mother where he learned to cook. He has also worked in many different types of cuisine and has learned a lot of witch he has integrated into what now make Tacos Gutierrez food truck.
