Phat Salads and Wraps was the first non-taco food truck to open in Napa more than 15 years ago. When the business was listed for sale in 2018, it was a no brainer for Chef, and now owner Tim. In addition to maintaining the beloved menu, Tim is using his extensive restaurant and catering experience to bring new facets to the business including: specialty menu items, small bites, boxed lunches, event planning and custom meals for all occasions. It is with great satisfaction that we continue the PHAT (Pretty Health And Tasty) tradition of a healthy alternative to fast food.

As a young boy growing up in Chicago, my grandmother owned a restaurant. Everyone from the neighborhood knew my grandmother, and everyone loved her food. I remember being so moved by the love everyone showed my grandmother and her food! It ultimately became a life long dream of mine to one day be able to have my own restaurant too. Through dedication and perseverance, I am beyond blessed and honored to be gifted an opportunity of my own to do that with Munchies, Where Happy Meets Hungry.

There's nothing better than eating something, I have never tried before and being surprised by how good it tastes, there's an experience there. We like to create and to be different than other culinary experiences you have had with just a twist here and a tweek there, we turn soups into tacos, sandwiches into egg rolls, smoked salmon BLT'S and much more. Our imaginations are the limits.
