Phat Salads and Wraps was the first non-taco food truck to open in Napa more than 15 years ago. When the business was listed for sale in 2018, it was a no brainer for Chef, and now owner Tim. In addition to maintaining the beloved menu, Tim is using his extensive restaurant and catering experience to bring new facets to the business including: specialty menu items, small bites, boxed lunches, event planning and custom meals for all occasions. It is with great satisfaction that we continue the PHAT (Pretty Health And Tasty) tradition of a healthy alternative to fast food.

We started out as an online Tea company in Cincinnati but decided to relocate to the West Coast for more opportunities with our business.
As an adult, I was never a person who desired to drink alcohol. There are times when drinking water, tea or soda doesn’t pair well with meals but being able to order a Heineken Zero, a Nonalcoholic Mojito or Gin and Tonic made with Tanqueray zero just hits differently(FYI we are the only company in the US selling Tanqueray Zero).
We create our own tea flavor profiles and use them on the truck.

I realized I was wasting my life away doing something I did not enjoy, so I decided to open up a food truck. I have always had a passion for cooking and I wanted to share it with the world. I believe in using nothing but fresh quality ingredients. We also do not offer rice or beans, we specialize in tacos. My Carne Asada tacos are made with 100% fresh hand trimmed flank steak, the chicken tacos are made with fresh tender juicy chicken thighs. The carnitas are made with the finest pork, hand trimmed to remove all the fatty pieces, and oven baked to perfection. My seafood tacos are also freshly prepared daily. I use nothing but fresh ingredients, I even unplugged the freezer on the truck because nothing has ever been put in it. I believe people work hard every day, and what they consume should be matched with the same amount of hard work.
If you are looking for a cheap option to feed guests for a party, then I am not the option for you. If you are looking to make a statement to your guests that you care about the quality of the food you offer them, then I am the one for you. Our menu is competitively priced as well.
