I started in 2009 after the economy sloped. My husband lost his job and my job cut some hours so we started what I grew up making paletas but instead of paletas I started making raspados (shaved ice) marmalades. I've been in business for over 10 years.

We started this business to support our love of cooking and to support our disabled little girl who has been battling Transposition of the greater arteries (a heart condition that she's been going through several heart surgeries for since birth)and who also suffers from non verbal autism.
