Our Food
We slow smoke all of our meats which include; St. Lewis Style Ribs, Pulled Pork, Brisket and Tri-Tip. Our hot sellers are the Brisket Mac & Cheese Burritos, Tachos which is tater tots, pulled pork and our house made cheese sauce. We have Pulled Pork Parfait and our highly popular Cowboy beans.
