About Us
JC founded Asian Burger LLC, he was born in the city of Xi’an in China, it is a city that carries many authentic cultures from the Tang Dynasty. The Asian Burger was one of the dishes that was invented in ancient times, now it has become one of the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in China. JC was inspired by traditional food from the Tang Dynasty, he chose to continue developing delicious Chinese traditional food. The traditional Asian Burger only had pork, and JC added more meat and veggie choices for everyone across the world to enjoy.
Our Food
According to historical documents, cured pork was found in Han Guo during the Warring States Period (475 BC). A cook named Fan in Shannxi created a way to cook pork with broth that had been cooked for a while, this combination brought out the flavor from the broth, as well as the tenderness of pork.
At a later time, during the Tang Dynasty, Cook Fan’s students brought their cured pork to Xi’an the central area of Shannxi. The students combined the cured pork with Xi’an Shao Bing (similar to sandwich bread), and then the traditional Asian Burger was born. Signature Dish: Xi'an Burger (Chinese Pork Burger)
